Message Board

The Medical Partners discussion forum is a good place for us to "meet" online and plan get-togethers, professionally network, share referrals for things like plumbers and babysitters, gripe as needed, or sell/trade stuff. Or whatever else we feel like discussing. This is set up as a PRIVATE community, in that only Medical Partners members have access to read or post. The general public won't be able to post/read/google us. It might also help us to cut down on the email traffic we have flying around. This way, if you want to make an announcement that isn't time-sensitive, you can just post it on the forum. Anyone in Medical Partners should feel free to post anything they want to.

There are lots of features you can opt to use if you're so inclined, just poke around in the profile settings once you're registered. Another nice thing is, you can choose to "subscribe" to a post (one you originated or not) in that if you opt to do this, you'll get an alert email anytime someone else reples to that particular post.

You will see a Register link in the upper right corner. Go ahead and register, then email Amy Newton with your new username, as well as spouse's name and year, and I will then have to grant you access to our board. There's a welcome message already there that talks in more detail about how to set up a little signature, which would be helpful so we can tell who is who outside of username. And be sure to post an intro on the "Hi" section!

Any suggestions on how we can improve the set-up would be much appreciated. New subjects, categories of discussion, etc.
