Are you interested in posting a housing ad on the Medical Partners website? We do have a charge of $20 for members and $35 for non-members (per listing). We post ads for both houses/condos for sale OR rent. Each listing remains online for 4 months. Also covered by the fee, you can include a print version of your ad in our packets that get mailed out to all incoming residents in April. If you want to pursue this, please send a check payable to Medical Partners to PO Box 1612, Iowa City IA 52244 along with your name and the address of the home you plan to sell/rent. Once we have received your check, your ad will be placed on the website for 4 months.

Once you have mailed the check, please email medpartners.webeditor@gmail.com with the pertinent listing information. This can take one of two forms:

- A link to an existing online listing (e.g., on realtor.com, on a For Sale By Owner website, or a page created by the seller).

OR

-Send an ad as an email attachment. Please send in pdf format, OR if you are unable to create a pdf, we can convert it for you from a Word document. PDFs or Word docs only, please.

If the street address of your house for sale/rent is not included in your ad, please be sure to include it in your email, as we list properties by address.
